Announcement Regarding The Soup Shack
As of March 15th, 2025, Feeding Windsor-Essex will no longer be providing the charitable covering and leadership for the Soup Shack. The Soup Shack will be moving to a new charitable status of its own. All future donations will move in that direction.
Three Years ago, we began the Soup Shack out of a trailer parked in various downtown locations where it grew to operate seven nights a week year-round. A year ago, we began dialogue with Bobby Reaume and those interested in backing him to develop the ministry to have an indoor location and offer more than what was available at the trailer site.
It has been a privilege to give birth to the Soup Shack and we look forward to seeing it continue under other leadership.

Our Programs
Feeding Windsor Essex is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before, and we are very proud of the progress we continue to make. We are involved by providing a monthly lunch club, community meals throughout Windsor and Essex County, breakfast clubs, after-school programs and so much more. Feeding Windsor Essex is mostly driven by the help of so many amazing volunteers. Our volunteers come from different groups throughout the community from churches to community organizations. Last year we logged over 25,000 volunteer hours.
